Explosion-proof air conditioners are designed based on branded air conditioners, with explosion-proof modifications carried out in accordance with the GB 3836 series standards, using special processing techniques and manufacturing methods;
◆ Air conditioner brands such as Midea, Gree, Mitsubishi, etc., can be selected according to user requirements;
◆ The piping connection of explosion-proof air conditioners is the same as that of ordinary air conditioners, but electrical connections must follow the installation process requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment: first, introduce the power supply into the explosion-proof control box, then separately connect it to the indoor and outdoor units;
◆ The explosion-proof control box is already equipped with a power switch;
◆ Custom explosion-proof treatment can be provided for special on-site air conditioning equipment according to user requirements. For example: large chillers, refrigeration units, central air conditioning equipment, and air conditioning units with special installation forms. We will design and manufacture solutions and submit them for user review. If necessary, upon user request, we can apply for the explosion-proof testing center to conduct on-site product explosion-proof performance tests;
◆ All explosion-proof air conditioners are shipped with a full set of technical documentation and installation and user manuals. Users must strictly follow the manual requirements for installation and use;

◆ Compressor: Uses well-known brands such as Hitachi, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, and Daikin, featuring integrated design, self-cleaning evaporator function, digital temperature display, large-diameter, unevenly spaced fan blades, high air volume, and low noise.

◆ Steel pipe or cable wiring.

Structure and Working Principle

This explosion-proof air conditioner consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit connected by piping.

Air inlet: Room air is drawn in here and filtered through an air filter to remove dust.

Air outlet: Conditioned air is blown out from here.

Drain pipe: Moisture in the room condenses into small water droplets on the condenser and is discharged through the drain pipe.

Connection pipe: The indoor and outdoor units are connected by copper pipes through which the refrigerant flows.

Outdoor unit: The outdoor unit consists of a compressor, fan, heat exchanger, capillary tube (electronic expansion valve), and other electrical components.

Thermostat switch: Controls the power supply, selects cooling or heating, adjusts the set temperature, and regulates the indoor temperature. Working principle of the air conditioner (electric heating type or heat pump type).

Explosion-proof air conditioners are equipment used for centralized air treatment. I. Quality Assurance:
1. Products comply with factory, departmental, and national standards as per their respective scope;
2. Product quality follows the "Three Guarantees" (repair, replacement, refund) requirements as stipulated in the "China Product Quality Supervision Regulations";
3. For matters not attributable to the supplier, the buyer may raise the issue, and both parties will negotiate a resolution.

II. Supply Guarantee:
1. Buyers can place orders via phone, email, or fax, or designated personnel can visit the supplier to select products and complete purchase procedures;
2. For bulk orders within the same city, the supplier can deliver to the buyer’s location for acceptance and signing;
3. Upon buyer request, the supplier will respond within 24 hours to resolve issues. Special circumstances will be handled through negotiation.

III. Return and Exchange Policy:
1. For unused, undamaged, and unsoiled products with intact packaging, returns can be negotiated within one week of sale for direct end-users;
2. For products with confirmed quality issues, the supplier will provide repair, replacement, or refund within the specified period as per quality laws;
3. Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the consumer are not eligible for return or exchange, but repair assistance can be provided at the consumer’s expense;
4. For products eligible for return or exchange, if prices have changed, returns or exchanges will be processed at the original price for price increases and at the current price for price decreases;
5. Custom-made or specially processed products are not eligible for return or exchange after sale.
